You want remanufactured fuel systems products, not excuses, and Tomco delivers. We have the industry's highest carburetor order fill rate, typically 98% plus. Stock orders are shipped within 24 hours. At the 'core' of our fast turnaround is a supply of 500,000 carburetor cores, more than any other remanufacturer. All cores are broken down and usable parts cleaned and refinished in Tomco's 149,000 sq. ft. plant.
Our extensive diesel fuel injection pump inventory allows us to provide remanufactured pumps on an exchange basis, eliminating the downtime you suffer with others while your pump is being rebuilt.
Tomco's extensive parts inventory is computer-controlled, assuring that all required parts are available for programmed carburetor assembly. Tomco maintains an inventory of 50,000 to 70,000 precision remanufactured carburetors at all times, the volume flucuating with market demand. Our extensive stock of 'finished goods' is your final assuance of on-time delivery, even with slow-moving numbers.
Tomco's massive assembly area occupies over 60,000 sq. ft. We produce as many as 2,000 units per shift, running several lines simultaneously. For both carburetors and diesel pump assemblies, logical, flow-through organization of each assembly line assures maximum efficiency and quality. All parts used in assembly are either new or precision remanufactured by Tomco.
Tomco has set the standard for remanufactured carburetor testing by investing over $1.5 million in the design and manufacture of our own test equipment. The unique, computerized 'CATS' - for Carburetor Advanced Test System - testbeds are used to verify every facet of performance, and are used to test every Tomco reman carburetor. CATS fulfills Tomco's promise of precision reman carburetors, and satisfied customers. Diesel fuel injection pumps are subjected to similar testing and individual performance verifcations.
