Sherman offers a limited lifetime warranty on its replacement products such as bumpers, fenders, hoods, grilles and other automotive and truck replacement parts. Radiators are also lifetime to the vehicle's original owner. Accessories carry the full factory warranty from date of purchase.
Sherman guarantees its parts to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which the part is installed and only when installed in accordance with accepted industry standards.
This warranty includes perforation (metal rust-through) due to corrosion in normal use. If failure should occur, or a metal part develops perforation, simply provide proof of purchase to your place of purchase or the business that installed the part and a new part will be provided without charge.

3 YEAR WARRANTY
Sherman offers a 3 year warranty on all of its gas tanks and condensers.
1 YEAR WARRANTY
Sherman offers a 1 year warranty on all its overseas plated chrome bumpers. This also applies to those parts, such as door handles, tailgate hardware, cooling fan motors and hydraulic struts which are, by nature, subject to varying degrees of use and wear.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This warranty does not cover labor and other incidental cost involved in installation. Furthermore, this warranty does not apply to any product failure or rust-through resulting from: 1) Accident damage; 2) Improper installation; 3) Damages during shipping; 4) Misuse, abuse or alterations in any manner; 5) Installation without proper undercoating, sealing, or painting; 6) Rust due to over tightening of the bolts on chrome bumpers resulting in cracked chrome around the bolt holes. These bumpers must be installed by hand to torque specifications.
Sherman shall not be liable for any accidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of its parts. We strongly suggest that parts be inspected and test fitted prior to painting or undercoating. We will exchange any product found to be defective, but we assume no responsibility for any cost incurred in refinishing, installation or removal of said product.
